Chair Yoga

This blissful class is unlike any restorative class you've ever taken. We use the Trapze as an added prop to further relax the body and guide the mind to a peaceful state. Something about the trapeze offers the body a deeper restorative release. We hold the poses for 5-8 minutes and let the trapeze do all the work. Followed by evening tea and a silent meditation to close class.

Yoga and hot flow will return as separate classes in the fall, but in the mean time come take advantage of two teachers in one class! Plenty of help and a great opportunity to get hands-on help with your practice!
